a compatible check processing service or set up your
shopping cart so it simply collects the checking account
information needed to print a check on your inkjet or
laser printer.
- Telephone Orders. An order summary will display
and make placing orders by phone easy. Your customers
won't have to write down or remember what they ordered.
- Fax Orders. A "fax ready" order form
will display, which can be printed and faxed to your
office.
- Mail Orders. An order form will display that
can be printed and sent to your office by mail.
- COD (Cash on Delivery). Your customer's can
pay for merchandise when it is delivered, instead of
at the time of sale. A fee for COD orders can also be
applied.
- Purchase Orders. Purchase orders are generally
used by other companies to purchase your products with
the intention of paying for them at a later time. If
you accept purchase orders, you can also designate payment
terms (e.g., 2/10, n/30).

- Calculate shipping charges using 6 different methods:
- USPS Online Shipping Calculator. Shipping charges
will be retrieved directly from USPS computers.
- UPS Online Shipping Calculator. Shipping charges will

- Base shipping charges on the weight of an order.
- Base shipping charges on the order subtotal.
- Base shipping charges on the number of items ordered.
- An optional base charge, handling fee, maximum shipping
charge and free shipping threshold can be used with any
custom shipping method.
- You can also sell services and downloadable software.
Collect only billing information or allow your customers
to add downloadable files to their cart.
- Assign sales tax rates to any state(s) of your choice.
You can also choose to make certain items tax exempt or
create a tax exempt code that you can give to parties who,
buy law, do not have to pay sales tax.
- You can require that your customers order a minimum amount
of items.
- You can display a small thumbnail images with each item
your customer places in their shopping cart.
- Track where customers learned about your web site, by
setting up a "Where did you learn about us?" box.
- Create volume discounts for each item or apply a volume
discount to an entire order (based on the subtotal amount
or number of items ordered).
- Create promotional discounts. For example, you could offer
your previous customers a 10% discount on their next order.
You would provide them with a discount code that they would
enter into the "Customer Code" box the next time
they placed an order.
- When you receive an order, you will be notifed by email.
To view your order invoice, you simply log in to the Shopping
Cart Administration Area. You can also batch download your
orders! This will allow you to import order information
into your favorite database or accounting software.
- Before an order is complete, your customers will view
a summary of their order. This confirmation screen will
give your customers a chance to make sure everything they
ordered and all the information they entered is correct.
- When customers return to your web site to place another
order, their billing and shipping address will automatically
be filled.
- Our shopping cart will function properly when used with
any browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, AOL,
etc.).
- Most affiliate tracking systems work with our shopping
cart.
- The entire ordering process is managed from beginning
to end. After an order is complete, your customers will
be presented with a receipt that can be printed. An order
invoice is also emailed to your customer.
